We hope you understand that while we have great respect for our clients, we expect great respect in return. Our Terms & Conditions are harsh, but they must be in order for us to continue to provide quality service and products.

  • Must have an in-person or zoom consultation prior to first rental

  • We accept all major credits cards, checks and cash

  • Cannot check out or receive product until Terms and Conditions is signed

  • Cannot check out or receive product until Rental Agreement is signed

  • Cannot check out or receive product until Credit Card Authorization Agreement is signed

  • Client is solely responsible for damage to the Products for any reason

  • If a product is damaged beyond repair, Design Vault, Inc. has the right to charge the client up to 3 times the original retail price

  • Design Vault, Inc. has the right to charge the client up to 3 times the original retail price if a product is not returned for any reason

  • Design Vault, Inc. will charge late fees for not returning the product(s) at the specified time

  • Do not take the product to the dry cleaner or attempt to clean on your own

  • Do not alter the product

  • Beware of body makeup, self tanner, and excessive perfume – these products may cause you to incur cleaning fees or may damage the garment beyond repair

  • Shipping is paid by the client

  • Return shipping is paid by the client (we provide prepaid shipping labels

  • Drop-off options are available and must be agreed upon prior to check out

  • No refunds for any reason (credits can be discussed)
